We provide a warranty on the jewelry and jewelry plating for six months from the date of purchase.
The jewelry is made of 24K gold plated brass, or silver plated.

Jewelry made of gold filled or 925 silver The warranty is for one year.

In order to keep the jewelry for a long time it is advisable to avoid wearing the jewelry while sleeping, bathing or sporting activities. It is also advisable to avoid direct contact with perfume, hair sprays and other care products. It is advisable to put on the perfume and after about two minutes wear the jewel.

It is recommended to store the jewelry in a dry and closed place and not in the bathroom.

At the end of the warranty period the plating of the jewel can be renewed if necessary with a token participation.

Not happy with the item you chose?

No problem you can replace the product with another product or return it and get a refund.
In case of return, you can send the item to us by registered mail only.
In its original packaging up to 2 business days from the date of receipt, replacement up to 14 business days from the date of receipt,
And make sure that it has not been used at all and that no defect / damage has occurred.
Please include a tracking number in the email

And package your full details including phone number.
And we will contact you to complete the process.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of return of the item, exclusively to the credit card from which the order was made.

It will be executed under the same terms of the original transaction without a refund

(I.e .: a transaction made in installments will be credited in several matching installments, and a transaction charged in a single payment will be credited in one payment).
No need to contact the credit card company to cancel the transaction, we will take care of it for you.
